Tracking Progress… might be worth little investment

I have always been a firm believer in journaling, so this time I went out and bought a Fitbit One activity tracker. It helps you estimate how many steps you take in a day, stairs climbed, calories burned and the distance you traveled during your day.

You can also log (journal) additional information like food, activities, sleep and even enter heart rate activity, blood pressure and glucose if you want to.

I love it because it helps me shoot for daily achievable goals.

A little over a hundred dollars to get this high tech device, it was worth the investment in myself and something I could give honest feedback to clients and those that read this blog as to it’s effectiveness.

My first full day with the device was fun… I achieved all my goals and even got a little “badge” for my achievements, which of course I can “tweet” about if I like.

For now I will keep my achievements to myself… After all it’s only day 2!

Health and Happiness!

Bill
